The arm was shipped with no packing other than being wrapped in gray plastic bag, no padding or any cardboard to provide strength. It arrived with one of the fingers half missing and handle is only held at the other end by the cable that runs through the tubing.

Item came broken no use to me now packing was less than standard not impressed at all packaging can be more better packed not going to order from this store again 1 out of 10
Don’t buy nothing from this store Moon Queen Store because you’ll get broken Handel and crushed in peace’s can not use..it costs more... to send back to them.. shameful shameful... I’m a disability pensioner and I needed it to help my out so be very carefull when you buy from this store disappointed
