Delivery is fast indeed. Only ~20 days to eastern Russia. Low power. It it in fact weaker than my old 35W ballast back from 2000s. Light is weaker and more blueish. Bulbs don't heat up enough, and that's why it doesn't need heat up time as mentioned before. Low power consumption though, and it's really compact. Consider this like 20-25W ballast. It'll be fine for antifog lights(with 3000k bulbs) or scooter headights. I needed 55W ballast, and it's definitely not this one.
