it seems there are good leds. have tested, both work. when voltage is 3V, current is 0.9A, it men's leds power is 2.7W. when voltage 3.2V, current 1.6A, power 5.12W. voltage 3.4V, current 2.6A, power 8.84W. voltage 3.5V, current 3A, power 10.5W. when I am using driver, with 8volts, current is 1.15A, power is 9.2W, leds meets description, thank you, delivery time 2 months.
