Compared to the figures shown in the product description, the CP2102 chip has no labels on it. Therefore, I have to assume, that a FAKE chip with unknown specification and protection capabilities has been mounted on the board. Nevertheless, the USB UART module is working. But if you do not care about specifications, you can choose cheaper offers.
