As I have a 98cm chest measurement, I've got a XL for a 108cm chest but as the fabric is elastic (4% spandex ) it's not wide enough. It's the same for the sleeve. When you're wider, your arms are generally wider too. it's a pity as the fabric itself (96% cotton) is good and the colour pretty. I'll try to go on a diet to be able to wear the shirt later.
