I couldn't find any libraries that would display anything on the LCD or produce any touch output. I contacted the seller, who was very helpful. I was able to get the LCD Wiki 2.4" library to work, though I had to modify the library. Note that the touch sensor is on pins A1, A2, 7 and 6. I measured an X plate resistance of 430 Ohms between pins A2 and 6.
