Never arrived after 3 months, got refund. Normally I wouldn’t leave negative feedback for something that got lost in the mail, as it’s rarely the fault of the seller, but the fact that they make you wait so long to even make a dispute, and then they never just give you the benefit of the doubt and drag it out over such a long time. I shouldn’t have to submit screenshots of tracking numbers and wait months for a $5 refund for a tin robot. Do better.
