Cancelling a shipment without informing the buyer about the cancellation and/or the reasons and ignoring the messages When the buyer asks about this. Well, I’m disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend neither the seller, nor the product. This attitude is a shame in e-commerce of the XXI. century.
