Heated Block and Heat Sink Radiator were bought, but in the package there were only two fixing screws instead of four. In addition, this order was made so that the seller sent together with him the items that were not in the previous order, an agreement was reached on this in correspondence. But the seller did not send these items and demanded money to send them.
