description doesn't corresponds truth! Second time and again lamp have stroboscopic effect

The packaging had a few knocks and bumps with torn hole damage on the outside and I was concerned about it but luckily and no thanks to the sender the contents were undamaged and still working. (only 2 out of 6 tested ). Last time I ordered these bulbs they were individually bubble wrapped, however not this time. They were just put in an envelope and sent away. If the country of destination is a long way to travel then on such an item as light bulbs they should be individual bubble wrap on each item to prevent them banging together in transit causing damage.
