My only complain is that it was folded on shipping and it was crumpled.

Terrible. Item was folded before packaged and creased beyond repair. Buyer very reluctant to refund.
The buyer folded the item before packaging and when opened it was creased beyond repair. Waited a long long time too. Had to open dispute to get my money back.
