The issue with the heatsinks are cosmetic. The black finish is scuffed, nicked and scrapped on most of the 30 heatsinks, so that the shinny alumanum shows through. Price is right though, guess I just got what I paid for, still, the stores photos of the product did not accurately represent what I got, as far as the black finish is concerned.
