Never received and did not get refunded. how does it become my problem to provide evidence of something that did not arrive? CNC Factory has lost a customer and my confidence in Aliexprrss is at an all time low.

2 pcs ordered Nov. 27 2020 - received Dec. 10 2020 - shipped with aliexpress standard shipping in a cardboard tube (2 pcs lead screws also ordered) and bubble plastic wrap. Satisfied with the handling and shipping time and the quality, the POM nut has less vertical and horizontal play than the brass nut, quite no play at all even without the smaller nut + spring. Tolerance seems pretty good. Very satisfied.
