Original tracking code showed delivered at 12-11-2020. (Probably delivered at wrong address by DHL) It is only today (1-8-2021) that I received the item (surprise) with a different tracking code (From PostNL) after a difficult and unclear dispute process (that was still going onm). Still not clear what happened and whether a new package was send. Very unclear communication and they seemed not willing to help / finding out what happened. Finally it got delivered and I canceled dispute.
