The non-ground parts appear to have some sort of rust or brown coating that cannot be removed with lacquer thinner. The edges appear to be cleanly ground. I have not yet tested whether it will actually ream to 19mm or if the 14mm, which has the same brown coating, will ream to exactly 14mm. So clearly they do not match the photo of the items in the store. I do not believe the store itself is responsible. Both were packed in oiled paper and a plastic sleeve.
