I am very upset that Loving Yourself Store denyied the problem, even if the ad text says "1PC 250ml Plastic Bathroom Liquid Cosmetic Shampoo Liquid Soap Foam Dispenser Container Bottle Hand Pump". A foam dispenser dispenses foam. Dot. They plotted another text of the description that does not have anything to do with the matter, trying to argue, but the title is the main part of the ad, that is a point. By mistake, I gave them a five star on the evalutation, thinking that the refund authorization was because of them. But it is clear for me now that Aliexpress is the one that is refunding me, no the store, that deserves only a one star.
