Selected 1pc (1.00mm Øx 33.84mm), to drill 2 holes in 0.92mm thick galvanized plate: No issues. Used ToolSmith 12V Hi-Speed Tool and 0.8-1.0mmØ collet. Centre punch prep for 1.0mmØ drill. Drills protrude ~ 12mm out of chuck/collet. ...broke drill on 1st hole,...perhaps too much side pressure, or dull cutting edge?? ...used broken drill to complete 1st hole, and to completely drill 2nd hole. These drills dull quickly, so have a few on-hand.
