I have a Garmin Nuvi 250W. I bought it in France. This battery is good for Nuvi 250W also. This battery is same size but light weight, and safer than the original Li-ion battery because of Lithium polymer battery this is. The cold-cathode lamp of LCD on the Nuvi 250W became no lighting and only sound because My 250W is very old. At first I thought it was a problem with the cold-cathode lamp, but by replacing the original battery to this battery, the LCD cold-cathode tube turned on again! I recommend this battery.
