I AM GIVIVG YOU 0 STAR Your stupid system showed that the items haven been delivered and picked up while they haven't. I haven't picked them up and they haven't delivered to me. Your system is fully stupid. You gave me 2 days to respond to your dispute update and those 2 days were our weekend during which the local post office don't work. And you have closed the dispute before the next working day starts. How can I response without checking with the post office if the items are really there and are in good situation? Everything is stupid here the App, the logistic services, customer services and the tracking system. This app take your money and never do their part. wants you to do everything yourself regarding logistic services. Bad bad bad bad fully bad Would never bye from here again.
