exactly as described, looks pretty realistic, almost as if I actually have real plugs! comfortable fit, though make you get the right size! screw at the end is very secure, and stays fixed even with a day of wear

Just as described. The earring is plastic and very light but looks great in ears. The back piece is not fixed onthe post, so it wiggles around, but if it doesnt bother you it still looks great. I'd recommend!
