It took 67 days to receive the product in central USA -- not within the 30-50 day estimated delivery. The product is good. The 2mm bungee has a core of 16 black elastic bands surrounded by a black polyester mantle. My measure of the un-stretched cord is 9.75 meters, not quite 10 meters but close.
