The generator produces bad sinewaves at high frequencies, above 10 kHz. The filter button has no effect at all. The waveform is distorted at certain frequencies. There'n no internal battery to make it "portable" at least for some hours. see enclosed images for reference. This makes this item essentially a toy. Unsatisfied
