So the item arrived after about 6 week, but thats to be expected when ordering from overseas. However, what i wasn't expecting was the complete lack of documentation. The QR code on this item linked to a completely different product (as 2-24 cell balancer only) and i had to trawl around for a user manual on the Internet, I finally managed to get this working after about a week of messing around, only to find i couldn't change the advanced setting due to not knowing what the default password was, so annoying. For anyone else reading this review, the password for advanced setting is 123456. The Dykbhuang Store was helpful in answering my questions, but these we basic issues. I'm a very competent electronics enthusiast and I found this difficult to get fully functional. In the end this product is very, very good but is badly let down by lack of documentation, hence only scoring 4-starts overall.
