Item not as described. I order an item with output of 19V 1.7A but I received an item of 14V 1.7A. I opened a dispute but the seller denied that he ever sold 14V even though I showed pictures of the item received. AliExpress refund 3$ item fee and not the 7$ shipping fee. I would not recommend this seller. I try to solve the problem with him but he didn't not help and stopped responding. Order was made before black Friday and received at mid January. 2 and a half months but I understand the delay because Chinese post needs at least a month, and there were overloaded at black Friday and Christmas.
