Processing is too slow. I was already thinking the order is going to be cancelled, but track id was finally reported within the last day. 2 weeks in transit (which is fine), and almost 4 weeks in total (19/11 - 15/12). The handles themselves appear to be ok. All wrapped in a newspaper (which is funny) and in individual bags. There are some signs of rust visible on the inner metal plates; some scratches and poorly painted spots on end caps - not critical, but not so good if compared to others, to be honest. So, -1 for processing speed and -1 for condition = 3*.
