Works as intended, allows me to shorten the SC31Pro Sofirn flashlight by ~ 1.25" to a very pocketable size (you won't even notice it's in your pocket) and function the same as when it used the standard 18650 battery, just not with the same runtime - which is an acceptable tradeoff for me - If you purchase the SC31Pro, definitely add this shorter tube in the order as well as a set of 18350 batts to increase your EDC flexibility.
