The seller deliberately did not ship the product. I believe it was due to the error in the freight price in the ad. He should have honored the sale and shipped the product. That was dishonest.

Waste of money. I wasted 1/2 a day installing and cutting into a door frame. Took less than 5kg to open the door. Tried different things to get it to work better but nothing helped. It still didn't work. It got very hot too. Don't waste your money. Tried to raise a refund or return. Couldn't even raise a complaint without a video of the issue. The item has been removed from the door and will probably end up in the bin. You get what you pay for. I paid for scrap.
