Making my purchase from this seller is something I regret.I live in Greece,bought a flashlight in September paid in full and I'm still waiting for the product(I need the flashlight for work).Till now,the product is still "getting delivered".I opened a dispute because of the huge delay and after I saw that he has no intention of helping me so that I can finally have my flashlight I asked him to cancel the transaction give me money back and keep his flashlight because I already bought another one(NEED it for work).Stay away from this seller pay a little extra and shop from someone else. He is really unprofessional won't help when there's an issue with the shipment and won't refund you a single penny.He has my money in his pocket postponed the deadline for the delivery and I still have nothing.And finally he told me to pay the taxes in order to recieve,as an excuse(There is no taxes fee required for it according to Greece's law)he is just trying to put the blame to me and get of the hook!
when I bought the torch it was supposed to be in Greece on 13-11-2020.the item arrived in Greece on 19-12-2020 so stop lying.its totally your responsibility not because of covid cause other orders arrived in time.worst experience ever in e-shopping
