Product description was pretty clear. But delivery and delivered products were a disaster. I ordered 2 identical gas struts and specified size\force\connector twice - in the comments of the order and send a message to a seller to make it very clear what kind of product I would like to get. The order was created 23/10/2020 but delivery failed on the latest predicted date 07/01/2021. Started a dispute, waited for 4 days more and got a refund and 3 days later the product arrived. But in spite of 2 messages regarding size/force/connector (Please have a look at the comments: Connector Type C L=200mm S=60mm Force=450N). I got 2 different gas springs - one of them was of a proper size, but the other was 2cm longer than expected.
I ordered type F connections, which I wrote when ordering, and they send me type A. They said I did not told them which type I want and by default they send type A. But that is not true, I typed type F in the ordering process. Also poor communication, takes days before they answer me. I never buy from them again!
