No good, still waiting from August

Monitor arrived with significant delay and has proven a faulty product with the screen rebooting frequently and sometimes crashing. A direct 5V2A power supply as advised in the manual is not changing anything. Manual provided does not correspond exactly to the product and I am still waiting for an answer to get support and will likely ask for a return & refund.
I troubleshooted the issue back to the AMD Freesync parameter which should be disabled.
