Ordered two separate components. The first did not work. The 48V16S BMS was faulty. The Green Store was very helpful in providing guidance, but in the end, my wiring was correct. The first BMS was bad. The second exact same component was ordered from the Green Store, arrived, and I plugged it into my already correctly wired battery. It worked perfectly. So, I have had 50% success and 50% failure [100% loss of my money on the single bad component]. The part actually arrived soaking wet from China, but since I could not pinpoint when it got wet, I could not file any claim. So, just be warned.....the first faulty part was not shipped in a sealed plastic bag, but in a paper napkin like packing, so if it got wet, it must have stayed wet for days/weeks. I told the seller they should ship in plastic ......but the seller never admitted any fault. Unfortunately, I didn't feel I had a strong claim. The seller never made any offer to compensate me.
