Really good product. Usefull for stress testing various USB powersupplies. Good for testing powerbank output amperage and possible voltage drop across long and thin wires etc. When the aluminium heatsink heats up enough, the fan kicks in automatically and starts to cool it down. I succesfully draw little over 3A with this, around 3.13A maximum according to my USB tester which is in between this load and powerbank. This really inexpensive device is really usefull for USB testing, highly recommended!
