Item arrived quickly and as described.
The product has the following pros and cons: Positive: 1) It does the job – it extracts fumes well at higher speeds and filter them well as far as I can tell. 2) Relatively cheap – in EU it is the only option on Ali Express, which can be shipped from Germany, so it will not be taxed; 3) Build quality – for this product I was satisfied with build quality, although it still has some smell of new product. Hope it will disappear. Negative: 1) Noise – noise is not less than 55 db. At maximum speed noise reaches up to 64 dB and that is quite loud. 2) Bad extraction on low speed with long distances – it is double edged sword. If you want to work far away from pipe end, you have no choice but to increase speed to extract fumes – that will make device louder. You can work with lower speed only by bringing it next to pipe – it can be uncomfortable in some cases. Look down for the continuation of the text.
3) Size of the bamboo duct - it is only 46 mm, when on listing is 75 mm. 75 mm is hole on the device body. It confuses me, but opens area for aftermarket modification, see others reviews. Conclusion: it is good device, but it is far from ideal. Seller should correct listing or improve device to match specifications written. It can be significantly improved by some modifications, but we are paying for finished product, arent we? P.S. Looks like tiny smell is from HEPA filter.
