I ordered two (2) 160x50cm pillows, what I received was 140x50cm. This is far beyond the stated margin for error. I contacted the store to inform them of the incorrect product, with pictures, and they responded only that they would give me a discount on my next purchase. They did not say how much or how to claim the discount, however. Not that it matters, because I do not want anything else from this store, especially if it will be the wrong size. The item arrived VERY quickly, but packaged in a thin sheet of plastic and packing tape. I was amazed that there was no damage. Would have been a good product if it were the correct size.
