all is good but one problem. when i connect all to my electro bicycle, the wheel is not moving ( i tried all the things that i think that will make all good and nothing happened). i checked the voltage of the +/- for the throttle and saw no voltage(picture down below). and i tried to check voltage of the neutral +/- (that usable for lights and horn) and there i saw voltage coming... so the problem is not of the seller (he just didnt check the voltage of his product).
