H highly recommend NOT to purchase it! Unfortunately, it is a cheap and bad quality product! or instance the refresh of the pictures is very slow and bad, sound quality bad, resolution very low.

Very nice little unit except transition between photos not smooth.
After 2 weeks, the frame started showing this "unsupported file" every 3 to 5 pictures. I thought it might be my SD card, so I took the card and inserted into another photo frame (I have 3), perfect, no problem there. I sent the seller messages letting them know the problem but nothing is solved. So now I am stuck with this frame with this defect.
