not working, not reading any animal chip. no contact with seller. do not buy.

Just wanted to add that I received excellent support; I didn't get the device to work, and mailed the seller. Within the hour the issue was resolved. (the antenna is enamel pained, and I had connected it without cleaning the paint off, so my antenna did not work). Kudos for seller!
