Not the best quality outer case. Splitting already and just cheaply made as you would expect from the price. Internal needles look fine and should work without any issue. Purchased as a gift for someone, but I now have to make another outer package for it to bring it up to a standard i would be happy to give.
The product looks very nice. The color is easy to see so I won't lose the products or case. This was the first item from a bunch I ordered to arrive so great job on fast shipping. In the description it called something "tool paste" which confused me. I think it is non-slip material to help you tighten the needles to the cords. The position buttons are threaded and appear to be so you can tighten them onto the end of a cord when you're done working for the day. so your work doesn't accidentally slide off the needle end. The extension tubes let you connect multiple cords together for a larger work piece. I'm not sure what the metal pieces with a loop are for.
