The item arrived very fast in only 13 days with registered mail. The unloaded output of the voltage stabiliser measures about 12.6V; i.e. slightly above 12V. Initial current draw at 5V input may be as high as 3A without any load connected. I noticed some corrosion on the fins of the heat sink. Nothing bad, but it should not be there for a new product. I have not tested the amount of radio frequency interference (RFI) yet.
