Package arrived 30 days after ordering. All pieces seem to be working (haven't done load testing yet). Open circuit voltages were around 12.02 - 12.14, ripple Vpp < 0.01V. One thing I didn't like was that all of these modules came with clogged input-output pin slots. I had to spend some time cleaning them. Though they seem to conform to the product pictures, I'd prefer they were clean like the 5V ones, so I could attach leads easily.
