The good: Very responsive customer service! there were no questions asked about the replacement, I reached out with my issue and a couple pictures showing what happened. The bad: They look nice and I have 2 that have had no issues tho unfortunately I have had 2 that simply were not good. my first battery literally popped 4-5 minutes into use. my replacement showed up a month and a half later I was able to use it for about an hour and smelled something burning, went to check it out and the brand new battery was smoking. I pulled it apart to examine the damage and it appears the 10awg wire is not sufficient. I reached out to the company about the issue and I was told I need to double up on wiring and parallel each connection, now literally doubling the amount of wiring I have to make. it wouldn't be to big of a deal if the batteries came with wire but unfortunately the 3 that I ordered and the replacement didn't come with any even though the description and the pictures say otherwise.
