Heatbed 220/220/3mm was properly packed with carton box and foam at each corner. Flat surface when taken from carton. Works fine at 24 volt with pad 2 & 3 (the ones close to each other). Comes without the led and resistor to signal power on the heatbed. Good store, nice to do business with them.
