does not work as expected, it does not work at 3,3 v or it is malfunction

I have bought 2 for 4 motors, each of which consume less than 2A. One of them works, but the other one died after less than hour. First, second channel turned on with some delay, but after some time it just died. May be there is a part of my fault, but circumstances are very strange. Anyway, soldering quality is mediocre and I am going to replace them with an analog.
