the seller has sent my item by CHINA ePacket, and not UPS. he sad that UPS does not accept parcels with motor, and still presently offering the same shipping method even now. he wrote on the package value for 14$ which is not true information, the customs service at my contry saw the content of the package and consider my package as fraud value package declaration, and charged me for this. be aware.
