The seller has never shipped the order. The seller tried to charge an extra price AFTER the order was paid in full (see attached screenshot). I just ignored such an inappropriate request. After a while the seller provided WRONG (unrelated) tracking number to the AliExpress system, so it looked like the order has been shipped. The reciever's address & name were of an unrelated person. In this way the seller tried cheating the AliExpress system that automatically refunds orders that were not shipped within 10 days after the purchase. Opened the dispute, got the refund from AliExpress.
