This is not to complain but this packet was almost to well.. first the packet it self contains of cardboard and foam so the product inside is bump safe.. Then its 4 layers of bubble warps again outside that with what felt like 2 layers of packing tape. Product came to me quickly and secured. works strait out of the box. nothing other then just to connect to USB and fire up the software
