All values except 680x4 are new and as described, ESR is 0.01..0.08 Ohm (measured with AVR Tester ver 2.4 with 1.41m firmware). 680x4 capacitors are used (taken from the PCBs), and at least two are damaged.

Caps from Chinese vendors. Not low ESR. Some capacitances are -10%. 3 ones was blown
