I'm very satisfied with the product. It looks great and I hope it will last a long time. The only thing that was disappointing was the time it took to get the product. I ordered it on Nov.14, 2020 and they estimated it to be delivered by 11/28-12/5, however, I received it on 1/8/21. I tried to trace this package over and over, but, this tracing feature never got updated until about a week ago, 12/30/20. All prior tracing functions were no help and I thought I was not going to receive this item that I ordered. It was very frustrating to go though this experience. Please look into this matter and try to rectify this situation so other customers do not have to go though this problem. Thank you, David Au
