Mug came very fast however arrived broken and unusable. I reached out to the seller for a new mug or refund and was ignored. I logged on to see my dispute was closed with no resolution. What’s worse is I’m drop shipping so I’m worried my customers who have ordered from this same store will have the same experience. Now I have to find a new seller to shop with. Wasted money, wasted time, disappointed results and poor business and customer service.
Update *** Seller offered to refund the money for me to order a new mug. Not sure if I’ll shop with the same company but at least they offered a refund.
