Rotary tool is 110 volts not 220-240 volts and won't let me dispute it
says 110v to 220v when I received item it is only 110v useless to me as we are on 220v wouldn't let me dispute this issue it looks like I am stuck with it all i can do is use it as a door stop

Quality of packaging and product is not very good.. tools set kit came in damaged boxes, everything is very dusty, I don't know why. But drill works fine, I guess price is okay..
